New customers: You’ll need to purchase a custom portrait to personalize this item.

Existing customers: Your portrait on file must show your dog smiling with their mouth open - since the flag sits inside the mouth, closed - mouth portraits won’t work. If your current portrait doesn’t meet this requirement, you’ll need to purchase a new one.
In both cases, submitted reference photos must clearly show your pup’s smile. All portraits are hand-sketched to match the photos you provide, so happy, open-mouth shots are essential!
