Standard orders: 7–10 business days to process before shipping.
Custom orders: Up to 21 business days for artwork creation, plus 7–10 days for product processing, then shipping.

Note: Processing times do not include shipping. Delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac). During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, shipping times may be longer than estimated. We always work to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
All items are custom-made-to-order, so we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
If your tracking hasn’t updated 14+ business days after shipping, contact us so we can help investigate.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please check with your local carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
We do not offer rush processing at this time. Please plan your order timeline accordingly.
We use various apparel brands. Size charts are included in each product listing. Please note, sizing may vary by up to 2" depending on the manufacturer.
Yes! Many products can be customized with your pet’s portrait.

New Portrait: Purchase a portrait or illustration first.
Existing Portrait: Select “Custom w/ Existing Portrait” in the product listing.

Some designs require a specific portrait style or an entirely new portrait due to complexity. These details are listed within each product description. If no portrait is purchased for a product without a standard design, we will refund the order.

We also accept custom non-pet projects (e.g., family reunions, events). Contact us for a quote.
For best results, submit clear, high-resolution photos of your pet taken in natural light, with your pet facing the camera, at their eye level. Think crouching down so your camera is eye-level with their face. Avoid heavy shadows, extreme angles, or blurry images.
Even with a portrait on file, integrating it into a new product requires additional work, which is why custom options are priced higher.
All portraits are hand-sketched in-house (no AI). After receiving your photos, we create a high-resolution digital file, delivered via a secure cloud link.
Follow the care instructions in each product listing for best results. Manufacturer instructions may differ from our recommended care, especially for custom-printed items.
Colors may look slightly different in person due to varying screen settings. This is normal and beyond our control.
Yes! We donate at least 10% of profits monthly to animal welfare and humanitarian causes. Recommend a non-profit through our Contact page.
We strive to source eco-conscious materials, with many products meeting GRS and OEKO-TEX standards. Our embroidery thread and inks are also OEKO-TEX certified. Email us for more details.
