WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Standard orders take 7-10 business days to process before shipping.
  • Custom orders may take up to 20 business days, depending on project complexity.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us via email or through our Contact page before placing your order.

Note: These are processing times. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL), and we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible. For questions, contact us at barktivist.boutique@gmail.com.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which includes tracking information.


CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

All items are custom-made-to-order, so we cannot accept cancellations or returns. If there is an issue upon delivery, email us within 48 hours at barktivist.boutique@gmail.com with a detailed description and any relevant photos. We'll work to resolve the issue.


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Once shipped, delivery is out of our control. If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 14 business days after shipping, email us and we'll assist in locating your order.

If your package shows "delivered" but is missing, check with your local carrier. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


HOW DOES YOUR APPAREL SIZING RUN?
We use a variety of apparel brands, and size charts are provided in the product photos. Sizing may vary up to 2" based on manufacturer specifications.


CAN I ORDER CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Yes! Most of our products can be customized with your pet's portrait. To order a custom product, purchase a portrait or illustration first.

  • Already have a portrait with us? Choose the "custom" option under the product listing, and we’ll apply your existing design.
  • If no standard design is available for the product, it will be refunded if no portrait is purchased.

We also offer custom projects for non-pet-related designs (e.g., family reunions, events). Contact us for a quote.


WHY DOES THE CUSTOM OPTION COST MORE?
Even with a portrait on file, there is additional work required to integrate your design into a new product, which is why custom options are priced higher than standard.


TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR PET PORTRAITS.
All portraits are hand-sketched in-house—no AI is used. After receiving your pet photos, we create a high-resolution digital file, which we send via a cloud link once completed.


WHAT IS YOUR RECOMMENDED GARMENT CARE?
Each garment has manufacturer care instructions, but they don't take into account our processes for printing. For custom items, refer to the listing’s care instructions to ensure longevity.


WHY DO MY ITEMS LOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I SEE ONLINE?
Color variance may occur due to different screen settings. This is normal and beyond our control.


DO YOU DONATE TO NON-PROFITS?
Yes! We donate at least 10% of profits monthly, mainly to animal welfare and humanitarian causes. You can recommend a non-profit via our Contact page.


ARE YOUR SUPPLIES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
We strive to source eco-conscious materials, with many products meeting GRS and OEKO-TEX certifications. Our embroidery thread and printing inks also meet OEKO-TEX standards. For more details, email us.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer gift cards at this time.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Our website is set up for domestic orders within the U.S. We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

  • For international orders, customers must pay the current shipping rate. Please contact us directly for international orders, and we’ll send an invoice via email with the exact shipping rates.
