Shipping policy

Processing Times:

• Standard Orders:  10-12 business days to process and ship.
• Custom Artwork: Up to 6 weeks for artwork completion, plus an additional 10-12 business days to process and print any associated products. Shipping time is not included.

Orders are often completed sooner than the timeline listed above, but processing times may vary depending on project complexity and customization.

If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out before placing your order via email or through our contact page. We'll always do our best to accommodate when possible. 

Please note that these timelines reflect processing time only. Transit and delivery times are determined by the carrier. To keep shipping costs as accessible as possible, we use a variety of carriers, including USPS, OnTrac, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Priority, rush or expedited shipping is not an option at this time.
