Refund policy
Because everything is custom-made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery however, please e-mail us at barktivist.boutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order & we’ll do our best to make it right! Please send a detailed description & attach any relative photos to your e-mail.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long a package takes to deliver once we hand it over to the shipping company. In rare cases, especially peak holiday seasons, packages can take longer to deliver. Once you have received a shipment confirmation via email with an associated tracking number, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. If after that time, your tracking number still hasn’t updated, please e-mail us & we’ll do our best to help locate your missing order, or we will remake and ship your order.
If your package shows delivered & your package is not in your mailbox our outside your home, please check with your local post office or specific carrier. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered, but are lost or stolen.
