All custom items require a pet portrait. You can either purchase a new portrait alongside your order or use one already on file with us. 

A few important (but friendly!) things to know before ordering:

🐾 New custom portraits may take up to 6 weeks to complete. While they’re often finished sooner, some portraits take a little extra time to get just right.
🐾 If your portrait is already on file, you’ll receive an email proof within 3 business days, followed by 10–12 business days for production before shipping.
