How it Works:

• Purchase your portrait & any products you'd like it printed on.
  • If ordering products alongside this digital portrait, select the "Custom (Existing Portrait)" option for those items. Or purchase your new portrait directly through the product listing by choosing the "Custom (New Portrait)" option.
    
• Watch your inbox! We'll reach out within 1 business day to collect your pet's photos & chat about details.
• Sit tight while we work our magic! Portraits are completed in 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a proof to review (includes up to 3 revisions).
• Final digital files will be delivered via Google Drive.

• 1 high-res JPG (5000x5000px, 300dpi) - perfect for printing or framing!
  • custom file sizes available if needed.

Tips For The Best Portrait:

• Portraits are modeled after photos you submit. Clear, front-facing images at eye-level work best.  Avoid filters or costumes.
• A simple accessory (like collar or bowties) can be included free of charge.
• You choose your background. Go with a solid color of your choice or match the background in our listing photos.
