Our standard version features Jaxon - our beloved bestie across the rainbow bridge - subtly silhouetted into the background. Prefer a bolder look? Choose Jaxon in full color. Or customize it with your own pet's portrait to make it truly personal.

Our hoodie provide a comfortable & warm unisex fit for all! This item has minimal stretch. Please pay special attention to the size chart before ordering.

• STANDARD: Choose between our 2 standard designs.
• CUSTOM: Add your pet's portrait for a personalized touch. Custom designs may vary slightly from photos to best suit your pet's artwork.

ORDERING CUSTOM?

• Add a portrait listing to your cart or note "use existing BB artwork" if on file.
• No Portrait = No Custom Design. Your order will default to the standard style.

This design works best with a face portrait or full body portrait. 

IMPORTANT:

• Size Chart available in photos. Please review before ordering. We do not accept returns for fit.
  • Special Sizes (4XL, 5XL): Limited options. Message for quote.
• Color Choice: View chart in photos & list your choice in order notes (e.g. "white, marching for the misunderstood, hoodie"). 
  • Not all shirt colors work with this design - you’ll choose your final color during mockup approval.
    
  • Out-of-Stock Colors: We'll reach out via email with options if needed.
• MOCKUP APPROVAL: A preview will be sent via email before print. Written approval is required before proceeding.
  

PROCESSING TIME:

• CUSTOM ARTWORK: Up to 14 business days.
• PRODUCTION: 7 to 10 business days.
• SHIPPING: Varies by location. Rush shipping is not available. If needed by a specific date, contact us ahead of ordering.
