Custom w/Existing Portrait - Uses a Color Me Loyal portrait we already have on file. Other portrait style (like Head-to-Paw Hero) can't be converted. If we don't have the correct portrait, your order will default to Standard.
Custom w/New Portrait - A Color Me Loyal portrait of your pet will be created for this design. This portrait will be saved for future orders so you can choose "Existing Portrait" next time.
Approve Your Mockup:
A digital preview will be sent via email before printing.
Written approval is required before we proceed.

Custom Artwork - Up to 21 business days.
Production - 7 to 10 business days.
