ORDERING CUSTOM?

• Add a portrait listing to your cart or note, "use existing artwork" if on file.
• Each canvas can include up to 2 pets. Must purchase a portrait for each pet.
• No Portrait = No Custom Design.  Your order will default to the standard style.

• MOCKUP APPROVAL : For custom orders, a proof will be sent via email for review. Written approval is required before proceeding with print.

PROCESSING TIME:

• CUSTOM ARTWORK: Up to 21 business days.
• PRODUCTION: 7 to 10 business days.
