  • Standard: Our design exactly as shown.
  • Custom (Existing Portrait): Your TAILored Lines Portrait on file, added to this design. Other portrait styles aren't compatible.
  • Custom (New Portrait): a new TAILored Lines Portrait is created and saved to your profile for future use.

Tip: Ordering Custom (New Portrait) with multiple items? Select Custom (Existing Portrait) for all additional products in your cart.

Color & Sizing:

• Size Chart is in the listing photos.  Returns for fit are not accepted.
• Color Chart is in the listing photos. List your choice in the order notes. Seasonal stock may vary; we'll email you with alternatives if needed.

Processing & Fulfillment:

• Custom Artwork takes up to 6 weeks to complete. Often faster, but please plan accordingly.
• Proofing & Mockups: You'll receive a digital mockup via email. Written approval is required before we move to print.
• Production takes between 10-12 business days after approval.  Once complete, your order will ship economy. Rush shipping is not available.
• Made to order: No returns, cancellations or exchanges. Please review our full policy HERE.
