HOW TO ORDER:
📍Choose Your Style & Size.
📍Pick Your Color. View the chart in the listing photos & type your color choice in the order notes at checkout.
📍Send your Pet's Info (For New Art Only). Once you checkout, reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of your pet & their name.
💕Tip for ordering multiples: If you want a new custom portrait printed on multiple items (like a sweatshirt & a mug), select "Add My Dog (New Art)" on the first item, & select "Add my Dog (Existing Art)" for all additional items in your cart.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
- Custom Artwork & Proofing: Takes up to 6 weeks to complete. You will receive a digital mockup via email & written approval is required before your item is sent to print.
- Production Time: Printing & packing takes 10-12 business days, from when you approve your digital proof.
- Shipping: After production is complete, your order ships economy. Rush shipping is not available.
