Standard: Our design exactly as shown.
Custom (Existing Portrait): Your Head-to-Paw Portrait on file, added to this design. Other portrait styles aren't compatible.
Custom (New Portrait): a new Head-to-Paw Portrait is created and saved to your profile for future use.
Tip: Ordering Custom (New Portrait) with multiple items? Select Custom (Existing Portrait) for all additional products in your cart.

Color & Sizing:
Size Chart is in the listing photos. Returns for fit are not accepted.
Color Chart is in the listing photos. List your choice in the order notes. Seasonal stock may vary; we'll email you with alternatives if needed.
Processing & Fulfillment:
Custom Artwork takes up to 6 weeks to complete. Often faster, but please plan accordingly.
Proofing & Mockups: You'll receive a digital mockup via email. Written approval is required before we move to print.
Production takes between 10-12 business days after approval. Once complete, your order will ship economy. Rush shipping is not available.
